Meet the Beautyology creator herself, Marlisha Ross. After having a love of hair and all things, beauty that started at the young age of six years old, Marlisha started on a journey to pursuing her passion. With almost 20 years of experience in the Beauty Industry and becoming a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, Marlisha decided to embark on an exciting mission to create quality products and merchandise for the every day working professional.
