DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on sale items or gift cards.

After having a love of hair and all things, beauty that started at the young age of six years old, Marlisha started on a journey to pursuing her passion. With almost 20 years of experience in the Beauty Industry and becoming a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, Marlisha decided to embark on an exciting mission to create quality products and merchandise for the every day working professional.
